
• Delivery of Frozen Fresh Seafood will be performed by third party service provider - Ta-Q-Bin
• Delivery will be focused on the following areas, as per Ta-Q-Bin scope coverage. It includes Georgetown, Ipoh, Klang Valley, Negeri Sembilan and Johor Bahru.
• Ta-Q-Bin will pick up the orders from vendor's storage, which is at Sun Suria Tower. The orders will be kept at Ta-Q-Bin freezer warehouse for sorting. The orders will be delivered to customers' shipping address on the next day.
• Cut-off for Ta-Q-Bin is at 12pm. Any collection of orders from vendor's storage after 12pm, wil take another 24 hours at Ta-Q-Bin freezer warehouse for sorting, before being delivered to customers' shipping address on the next day.
• No delivery on Sun and Mon. Hence any orders after 12pm, on Fri, will only be delivered on Tue.
• Actual delivery to customers' shipping address will following the following 4 slots as detailed below.

• Frozen Fresh Seafood is being freshly packed using the IQF technology.
• What the customers should do upon receiving the frozen fresh seafood, is to store the items in freezer.
• When the you intend to cook, you should defrost and eat it fresh.
• If you do not plan to finish cooking all the frozed fresh seafood, you should keep it in fridge, and only take out piece by piece to cook.
• Shipping charges is charged at flat rate of RM18 per box. However, during this promotional period, shipping charges is FREE!
• Optional self pick-up is available for customer to pick up from Sun Suria Tower. Special discount will be offered for self pick-up!
• Please call up to arrange for self pick-up. Call during normal working hours.
• Payments for the orders can be made via 2 options, namely internet online payment or cash on delivery.
• For payments via internet online payment, please use the Order ID # as payment reference when you make internet online payment.
• For cash on delivery payment, please be advised that our third party delivery service provider, Ta-Q-Bin will be charging RM6 cash handling charges, on top of the normal order amount. Please prepare adequate cash upfront.
• Credit card payment is not available at the moment.
• If there is any quality issue with the delivered seafood, please snap photo of the spoilt item and send it to us.
• We will arrange pick up of the spoilt item.
• As spoilt item should be visible upon unpacking, we would appreciate if you could notify us immediately within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
A free 1 for 1 exchange of spoilt item with a fresh new item will be allowed.
