Pan-fried Tiger prawns Recipe


Here is a simple yet utterly delicious recipe which can be cooked by anyone. We suggest you to start with this one if you are new to Seafood cooking. It won’t take more than 15 minutes (7minutes for preparation and 8 minutes for cooking). So, without further ado let’s cook./p>

• Ingredients

• Tiger prawns: 6 pieces(trimmed)
• Garlic: 1tbs(minced)
• Green Onion: 1tbs(diced)
• Soy sauce: According to the taste
• Sugar: 1bs

• Steps

1. Heat oil (preferred olive oil) until white smoke with bubbles and add Tiger prawns. Pan-fry both the sides of prawns (usually takes 5-7 minutes).
2. Pour out excess oil and add green onion, garlic. Now stir well and mix while mild heat is on.
3. Turn off the heat, plate it and sprinkle sugar and soy sauce according to the taste.
4. Serve and Enjoy the delicacy.
