
It will take 25-30 minutes to cook for 3-4 persons.
• Oil - 1 tsp
• Ginger - 1 tsp finely chopped
• Garlic - 1 tsp finely chopped
• Dry Red Chilies - 2 broken into small pieces
• Spring Onion - 3 white part
• Bell Peppers / Capsicum - 1/2 chopped into small pieces
• Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
• Red Chili Sauce - 2tbs
• Green Chili Sauce – 1tbs
• Vinegar - 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Sugar - 1/2 tsp
• Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
• Spring Onion - 2 green (chopped finely)
• Cornflour / Cornstarch - 1 tsp dissolved in 1tbs of water
• Prawns - 20 medium sized.
• Soy Sauce - 1tsp
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• Cornflour / Cornstarch - 4tbs
1. Take prawns in a bowl and add all the ingredients given for marinating except oil. Mix well. Now, heat oil in a pan and add prawns to deep try them until golden color. Drain it and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan; add in ginger, garlic and dry red chilies, and sauté for a minute.
3. Add in white part of spring onion and sauté for a minute.
4. Add in capsicum and sauté for a minute.
5. Now add in soya sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Boil it for 1 to 2 minutes.
6. Add in fried prawns and toss well (if you can) in the sauce.
7. Mix cornflour with some water and mix well. Pour this into the sauce and toss well.
8. Add in green part of spring onion. Toss once (if you can) and Serve hot.
